Reviewers

The International Journal of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education is always looking for qualified reviewers to participate in the educational process. Qualified reviewers include higher education faculty, researchers, administrators, and governmental education agents interested in the improvement of higher education across all content areas and delivery domains.

The Review Process

Upon submission, all authors will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. Following a brief editorial review, each manuscript will be blind reviewed by two members of the Review Board. The review process will take approximately 4 weeks. At the end of the four week review process authors will be notified as to the status of their manuscripts - accept, revise and resubmit, or reject - and will receive substantive feedback from the reviewers.

Members of the Review Board's responsibilities include reviewing manuscripts submitted to the journal, providing feedback to authors on how to improve the manuscripts, and providing the Executive and Managing Editors with recommendations for acceptance or rejection of manuscripts for publication in the journal. Review Board members must agree to review one manuscript approximately every three months and complete the review within 30 days.
